In the event we are unable to effectuate a settlement within ninety days, we will recommend that the delinquent account is sent to a collection agency at the discretion of the medical provider.

A) Although our software programs have these capabilities, we only focus on insurance and patient billing claims follow-up, and all other Medical billing related services. However, when a client requires these services, we will refer you to one of our software vendors.
A) Yes, many of our clients use Practice Fusion, Alteer, Prime Clinical, Office Ally and many other EMR/EHR systems and give us look-up privileges, so we have access to the patient’s billing information and transfer the data into our billing software.
